The Journey

Inner Light Botanicals LLC is a mindful lifestyle brand for the earth- & energy- conscious that advocates for your emotional health and our planet through our connection with our inner and outer nature and each other. ♡

We believe in discovering ways to explore our inner and outer landscapes, expressing ourselves through writing and art as free spirits, understanding the value of our emotional health, setting foundations for practice, and growing and holding a safe space as a community.

Mandee Nicole, founder of Inner Light Botanicals, writer, process artist with nature's cycles, creative rituals facilitator and Just Earthly Podcast host, creates art and helps folks take their healing journey to the next level through nature-based expressive arts modalities of art, sound, energy and somatic awareness to get in touch with their feelings, accept them, and find inner peace as they grow their roots deeper in self-love through the unknowns.

Mandee gathers earth- and energy- conscious community and hosts online and in-person workshops, outdoor adventure retreats and trainings in nature that always have a deep focus on building conscious community, creating a safe space, and a foundation for going deeper in personal practice with hands-on practices to embody the work. She is an advocate for self-healing and world-healing and aims to do this through her work.

She is always following her curiosity and her heart which is what has led her to become a yin, vinyasa and Kundalini yoga teacher, sound healer, crystal healer, reiki Master, etheric practitioner, mindfulness and Ayurveda practitioner. She also studied Ecotherapy and has completed EcoSattva training with One Earth Sangha and yoga for trauma and addiction training. She integrates her teachings with nature by connecting our inner nature and outer nature on an emotional healing level to bridge the disconnection we feel on an  and living in our world today.

Books, nature, the night sky, human connection, coffee shops, chai tea, gentle mornings, sustainability, travel, expressing herself through journaling and art, moss, houseplants, the tiny things found in nature, and learning new things lights Mandee up.
