LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP (Lancaster, PA) / currently not being offered due to Covid-19
- If you are a Lancaster local or are visiting the area and would like to save on shipping, please select Local Pickup at check out prior to submitting your order for free shipping.
- Orders will be ready within 2-4 business days for pickup. We will email you when it's ready to be picked up.
- We will email you to schedule the pickup of your order along with instructions. Pickup must be scheduled ahead of time via Calendly but is available in 15-minute time slots between 12pm-4pm on SATURDAYS, except on holidays. You must arrive at your scheduled time or you will have to reschedule your pickup for another day.
- Pickup Location Address: 342 N Queen Street, Rear, Warehouse D, Lancaster, PA 17603. Free parking is available in the lot.
- There are no refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our items sold.
- If damage occurs while your order is on its way to you, please let us know within 3 business days of the delivery date of your package by emailing us at email@example.com with photos of the damage and package with the Subject: SHIPPING DAMAGE so we can make sure we can get replacements shipped to you as soon as possible.
