The TERRA COTTA Collection, an ode to self-love🪴✨ Plants were one of my first steps along my self-love journey. Having something to take care of gave me a sense of purpose and having something green and alive in my living space brought me a sense of connection when I felt alone. It reminded me that the love I was seeking on the outside could only be found inside and if I nourished my mind, body and soul enough I would eventually realize this kind of love as vibrantly and alive as my plants.
The contour line drawing is one continuous line and represents the interconnection of each leaf, terra cotta pot, and everything else on this planet. We are all connected.
Look for the heart shaped leaves in each plant drawing as it reflects back love to you as a mirror of self-love.Â
With this collection of original ink + acrylic contour houseplant drawings I hope to bring you the same reminder that my plants did.💚
