Monica Rosenquist of Elderberry Life & Spiritual Coaching is a certified life coach, lightworker and Reiki Master who helps people reconnect and remember their connection to the earth through 1:1 coaching and courses. In this episode Monica and I chat about her journey from elementary school teacher to intuitively being drawn toward a career in life and spiritual coaching, our moment of disconnect and reconnection with nature, her concept of naked trees and how we can also show up as our true selves, Nature School with the kids, bridging the gap between energy and science, bringing elements of nature into the home, AND.. scat (yes, poop) and animal tracking on the trails. She loves hiking and observing nature and brings her excitement and observations into her coaching container to support her clients.
