Camille Saunders of Camille A. Saunders Therapy Services is a marriage and family therapist based in Washington state who runs her own practice and sees clients virtually through Telehealth sessions. She supports individuals and couples with anxiety, relationships, chronic pain and illness, stress and sex. Outside of running her private practice she also runs a consult group with some other therapists and is a garden volunteer for a non-profit in Washington called Catherine Place. In this episode
Camille and I chat about her journey of running her private practice, the transition to Telehealth services after the pandemic, her interest in gardening, how to keep orchids alive, how she creates space in her own routine to take breaks in nature to get away from the screen, Eco-Anxiety, lessons to be learned from the garden, cozy greenhouse spaces, and the challenge of finding a therapist who is a good fit so you can get the help that you need!
