3-Month Guided Meditation Course

Autumn is a perfect time to go within and reflect. To find the stillness within yourself that you begin to experience as the days grow darker moving toward the winter solstice. During this 3-month course, you'll begin a meditation practice and will grow your personal practice with accountability, working with several different techniques of breath, mind, mantras, mudras and learning to find comfort with silence.
You will receive a Workbook (in PDF format), a weekly email every Friday with the technique Mandee will guide you in on Sunday's live guided meditation session, instructions on how to do the technique and a recording of the guided meditation to practice during the week, and mid-week check-ins as a reminder to stay accountable and reflect upon your practice.
We will be connecting by phone through UberConference. I choose this style of connecting so it limits our sense of vision so we can feel more comfortable and at ease as we go inward.
