Happy 2021! I love the feeling of beginning again. A freshness, a clean slate. A new year. Another chance. Have you set your intention for the year yet? If not, do it! November was an interesting month. Busy, full of fun. And full of overwhelm, especially at first. I've been doing a lot of juggling, a lot of creating, a lot of teaching. During the first week of teaching Inner Light Sanctuary classes (plus 5 other yoga classes for other studios and gyms), you can bet that I was spending my Thursday afternoon laying on the couch, mentally and physically exhausted.But the magic happened when something shifted in me after that first week.1.)  << REST >> I gave myself a "Mandee Day" to completely rest and it felt like a vacation, maybe even more relaxing...
