November was an interesting month. Busy, full of fun. And full of overwhelm, especially at first. I've been doing a lot of juggling, a lot of creating, a lot of teaching. During the first week of teaching Inner Light Sanctuary classes (plus 5 other yoga classes for other studios and gyms), you can bet that I was spending my Thursday afternoon laying on the couch, mentally and physically exhausted.But the magic happened when something shifted in me after that first week.1.)  << REST >> I gave myself a "Mandee Day" to completely rest and it felt like a vacation, maybe even more relaxing...
